This is a nice hand for keeping trump control and for counting losers in your 4ª contract.
After the Spade lead you have 2 Top Spades, 2 Top Diamonds and 3 top clubs totalling 7 winners
On the loser trail you no club losers, no Diamond losers, as you can ruff one Diamond in dummy, the short hand, 1 Heart loser and possibly 2 Spade losers. In fact you can now afford 2 Spade losers and the Heart
With this in mind you win first trick and play three rounds of Diamonds ruffing the third round in dummy. You now give up a Heart in order to be able to get back to hand to draw a second round of trumps. East takes his King and plays a club.
You are now completely in control as you get free finesse of your §8 with West playing the Jack. You ruff a Heart and play one round of trumps and then play on clubs carefully overtaking dummy's queen and you make 4 clubs, 2 Diamonds, 2 Spades 1 Diamond ruffed and one long trump eventually.
