Initially you have 8 winners- 3 Spades, 3 Hearts, 1 Diamond and 1 club. You have 1 potential Club loser, 1 Spade (if spades break badly- highly unlikely) and hopefully no more than 1 Diamond
You can dispose of your Club loser on the 3rd round of Hearts and if the spades break kindly and the diamond honours are split or both with West (75% chance) then you could make 12 tricks.
With all this in mind. win first trick, and immediately play a low spade to the Kind followed by a second Spade to dummy's Ace retaining the Q10 tenace in hand just in case the trumps had broken badly- they didn't . Do not draw the last trump at this point as you need an entry later in hand to finesse the Diamond a second time, if needs be. Now play three three rounds of Hearts carefully to overtake third round so you can play winning Heart to chuck the Club loser. Now play ♦10 and West covers with the King which you win with dummy's Ace. Now return to hand drawing the last trump before conceding one diamond followed by ruffing the club and then enjoying the lovely Diamonds.
You will have made 4 trumps, 3 Hearts 1 Club 1 Diamond and 2 established Diamonds and one club ruff. for a well thought out hand.
