Initially you have 10 winners :- 4 spades, 3 Hearts, 2 Diamonds and 1 Club.
As long as you ruff 1 diamond before drawing trumps that will bring the total to 11. It seism that the extra trick will come from finessing clubs but is there an extra chance.?
If the Hearts break or any interesting card falls when you play a Heart then you will not need to rely on the 50% finesse chance.
With all this in mind win first trick and play two rounds of trumps to discover the 4:1 break. Now you will have to ruff a diamond before drawing trump. Do not draw the last trump yet because if the club finesse fails and they play a diamond you will not have any trumps in either hand to ruff the Diamond switch. . Now you will have to rely on the Club finesse after all. Whilst in dummy now play a club towards your Queen finessing East for the missing King. East goes up with the King and now you are OK. Ruff the losing Diamond in dummy before returning to hand with a Heart to draw the last trump.
You made 4 trumps, 3 Hearts, 2 Diamonds 1 Diamond ruffed and 2 clubs after a successful Club finesse.
