On the losers front you have 1 possible Club loser and up to 3 Spade losers. You will need to try  and keep your spade losers to no more than 2.

With all this in mind, you win the first trick and draw trumps in two rounds. Since you cannot throw the club loser away an elimination followed by a throw in seems to be the key play. (Maybe the opposition will open the spade suit up for you.)

So next on the agenda is to play second top Diamond chucking a Club and ruff a Diamond - Diamonds now eliminated from both hands. Next eliminate Clubs by playing Ace and another club. East wins and for better or worse plays a club. This is not that helpful but you trump in dummy chucking a Spade from hand. You will now have to embark on the spade suit yourself and you lead a low one from dummy pleased to see THE TEN. You try the King and West wins with the Ace. Now you just have one more Spade loser and you are home.
