Unfortunately you seemed to have missed game in 4ª but a lot of the other pairs will also play in 1♠ and now its your job to try and beat them.
Initially you have 4 Spade winners and 1 Heart winner- As long as Spades don’t break 5:0 then you will have 2 further trump tricks plus lots of potential in Clubs, losing just 1 Heart, 1 Diamond and 1 Club.
However can you create an illusion and muddy the waters a little bit.?
If you hold up the first trick then perhaps you create the illusion that you have a Heart problem, not one you would go to the doctor’s for but nevertheless a Heart problem
You hold up the first heart and win the second Heart. You now draw trumps and play your Club King. West wins and as hoped plays a third heart.
You can now ruff and when the clubs divide favourably you can dump your losing diamond on dummy’s last club.
You make 6 trumps, 1 Heart and 4 clubs for a very reasonable Match point score.
Perhaps West might have played his Diamond Ace instead of a third heart J
