Initially you only have 5 winners (certain tricks without doing any work) i.e. 3 top Spades and 2 to Clubs.

You will need to work on Diamonds and hope that East has the missing Ace and you will need to finesse through him twice.

With all this in mind, win the first trick and play a Diamond. East ducks and your Queen wins. Now play West for the missing Heart. The opponents are not going to play back Hearts are they when they see four card suit in dummy. When you play low from hand West inserts the Jack and you win with dummy's Queen. Now play another Diamond from dummy and East wins and plays a Club which you can win.

You have now established your Diamonds and an extra heart trick.

Now cash your Diamonds and your Spade winners and you have massed 10 tricks by way of 3 Spades, 1 Heart, 4 Diamonds and 2 Clubs for +1.5 Imps beating all the pairs who made just 9 tricks and some going one down becaseu they didnt count their winners at the start when dummy came down
