The opponents take the first two tricks followed by a third Diamond which you have to win in hand.

You take stock and have SIX certain spade tricks (you can cope with 3:0 break) 1 Diamond now and  2 Hearts. Therefore, you need one more and it looks like it will have to come from Hearts. Do you play for West to have the Queen or East?

Well first draw trumps. And then cash a top Heart to see if there is a singleton Queen floating about. It is not to be BUT now you know the complete distribution

West overcalled with 2NT Unusual No Trump and is known to be 55 in the minors. He has followed to two rounds of Spades and now one  Heart  so his other ten cards must all be in Clubs and Diamonds. Therefore, that Heart was a singleton and now you know for sure that the Heart finesse will work. So enter dummy and play the Heart Jack finessing East for the missing Queen.
