It is all well and good telling people to lead tops of Sequences but this hand more than demonstrates why.
You know declarer has a string of spades and not much else Therefore when you lead the ♥Q (top of a sequence) and maybe you can find partner with something there, OR as in this hand you immediately create a finesse position for the defence against dummy and now you obtain 2 tricks. A the hand goes out you will eventually make your Spade Jack together with the Diamond Ace quickly bringing in 4 defensive tricks.
