Fortunately, for you the first diamond has been ducked.

 

To guarantee your contract you should now play on Spades, not minding if the finesse fails. You contract is now guaranteed if you trust the initial lead that West has led from a four card suit (he did after all lead the ©2 -the fourth highest of just four cards).

Stop playing Diamonds and now play on Spades to establish the three extra  tricks you need.

 

When the spade finesse fails you are home by way of 4 Spades, 1 Heart, 2 Diamonds and 2 clubs.

 

As you can now see East ducked at his peril and if he had taken the first Diamond now Declarer might have  gone  one off.  (Wait until next week)
