When this hand was played against me, declarer did not count his winners and losers and consequently went one down.
Initially, you have 4 Spade winners and 2 Heart winners. You have hopefully one loser only in each suit outside the trump suit.
Therefore you need to generate generate 4 more tricks. The Heart suit seems to be your best bet for extra tricks and you will need to trump Diamonds twice or set up a club trick.
With all this in mind trump the second trick and play two top Hearts ending in dummy and ruff a second Diamond. Now draw two rounds of trumps pleased to see the expected 3:2 break. Now exit with a Heart and apart from the club, the remaiing cards in dummy are high making sure you draw the last trump when you get to dummy. You made 4 trumps from dummy, 4 Hearts and two Diamond ruff in your hand losing just 1 Heart, 1 Diamond and 1 Club.
