This hand is all about counting winners properly and how to generate those extra few tricks to make the requisite amount of tricks to get home- in this example 10.

My less experienced students would love this hand as they can indulge their overwhelming desire to trump just to make themselves feel good. Here you will have "to trump" to make your contract.

Initially you have 2 spade winners, 1 Heart winner and 1 club winner. so you are going to have to generate SIX MORE tricks. Setting up the diamonds will not be possible after the overcall and you will not have enough entries to do this, likewise with the Spade suit.

Therefore you are going to make your original four winners and make SIX MORE from making your trumps separately with a CROSS RUFF and hope that you will not get overtrumped while doing this.

After winning the second trick with the club Ace immediately play two top spades chucking the losing club and one diamond. Now the hands are ripe for a cross ruff with 4 trumps in each hand and a different shortage in each hand.

Now ruff a Spade. Now ruff a Diamond, with East chucking a low club. Now ruff a low club, followed by an intended diamond ruff. but West ruffs with the King and gets off lead with a trump but its too late as you can do two more cross ruffs and claim 10 tricks.
