This is the same hand as last week except this week our lazy opponent plays a second top Heart.

 Initially we have ten top tricks – 8 Spades and 2 top Diamonds.

 To make more tricks we will need to establish the Diamonds in dummy if they break favourably. Also we will need to keep an entry to dummy.

 Therefore after ruffing the second trick we will play a top Diamond a ruff a Diamond.

Now draw the trumps ending in dummy and play a second top Diamond. When the suit breaks, bar the shouting, the hand is all over, as all the remaining Diamonds are now established.

We have amassed 6 trumps, 1 Heart ruffed, 2 top Diamonds 1 Diamond ruffed and 2 established Diamonds losing just the very first trick.
