Initially we have 5 winners - s spades, 2 hearts and the Diamond Ace. Can we convert this to 11 winners with due care and attention ?

 We will need to ruff one heart loser and try to bring in all the trumps. After winning the first trick with dummy's Ace we can test the Spade suit and cash one high Spade. The queen falls and the Theory of Restricted Choice now says that the other defender is twice as likely to have the missing Jack. So without much ado let's play a second and third heart and trump it. We are now in the correct hand to finesse East for the missing Spade Jack. We play dummy's last trump and when East plays low we try the 10 delighted to see that the Theory of Restricted choice works here.

We will now make 6 trumps, 2 Hearts. 1 Heart ruffed in the short hand (dummy) and 1 trick in each Minor, totalling 11 tricks  for a well deserved Match Point Top.
