This hand comes from the EBU summer congress Teams

On this hand you have no Spade or Club losers but you have a loser in Diamonds and a possible loser in Heart (you will not be able to ruff out all your Spade losers).

 If the Queen of Clubs were to fall in three rounds then one of your spades can be dumped on dummy’s established Club Jack. If not then you will have to fall back on the Heart finesse.

Bearing all this in mind, play low from dummy at trick one and draw two rounds of trumps. Test the Heart suit by playing one round of Hearts to see if there is a singleton Queen floating about. Now cash two more Clubs ruffing the third round. When the Queen doesn’t fall, as a last resort,  you can now take the Heart finesse. When it wins you are now home claiming your contract by way of 2 Spades, 1 Spade ruffed, 3 Hearts, 3 Diamonds, 2 Clubs and 1 Club ruffed.
