On the third round of you will need to ruff.
You can afford one trump loser but no more so you will need East to hold the Heart king.
You will need to set up the Spades and also need the entry back to your hand for the Spades so if you take put the trumps too early you will not be able to enjoy the long club. Finally you will need trumps to be 3-2 with East holding a three card suit. With all this in mind you should now play two rounds of Spades and ruff a third round of trump not minding if East overuffs dummy and comes down to just two trumps.
East over-ruffs and gets off lead with a top Diamond which you win in dummy. You now take the hearts finesse which wins and another top trump clearing the trump suit. With one trump left in dummy you can now ruff a second Spade making the rest of your spades winners. With one trump still left in your hand you can ruff a Diamond and enjoy the long Spade.
You will eventually make 2 Spades, 2Hearts, 1 Diamond, 1 Diamond ruffed,1 Spade ruffed, 2 established Spades 1 club ruffed.
