This hand is relatively easy and has been included to a) see if you are observant b) Put your mind at rest.
After the lead you OBSERVE the 4 lead and dummy has the 3 and you have the 2 so you know West has led from a FOUR card suit EXACTLY. This means the opposition can only ever get 3 tricks from this suit and cannot run away with 5 or 6.
Therefore you can take the first trick straight away and start on establishing the Diamonds. Play your King (high card from short hand) and they take their Ace and cash 3 club tricks. Now you can claim the rest with 2 Spades, 3 Hearts, 3 Diamonds and 1 Club.
