I am flabbergasted by some of the basic mistakes people make and this hand is no different from any other one in this connection.

West completely ignored her partner's overcall. She led from her longest suit as one is always told to lead from one's longest suit against a No Trump contract and declarer easily made 10 tricks Leading a Heart here was not going to bring tricks for the defence and all she had to do was Lead Partner's suit (ALPS= Always Lead Partner's Suit) and eventually the contract would go 1 OOPS.
