You need to generate 2 more.

You could set up the hearts but do not have enough entries to get back to the table.

My esteemed partner on OKbridge Sigurjon found the most sensible way.

Firstly, he took the spade switch with dummy's Ace and immediately cashed two top Hearts to dispose of this remaining Spade losers. and then trumped a spade in hand to gain entry to hand in order to ruff a Diamond in dummy (the short hand). He now returned to hand by ruffing a second Spade in order to ruff his last losing Spade,

He now trumped a Heart with the ♣6 pleased to see the suit breaking kindly.

He was now in hand and when both defenders followed to the ♣Ace, he was now able to claim.

He magnificently brought home this contract with 4 trumps 1 Spade, , 2 Hearts, 1 Heart ruff, 2 Diamond ruffs and 2 spade ruffs.

What would be the killing defence from West?

 In hindsight a trump switch might  have worked but do you blame him for the Spade switch?
