In order to break this contract you will need to take four tricks but as soon as declarer gets in he will easily make 10 tricks.
You can hopefully see 3 three (from Hearts) in your hand and you will need to get a Diamond ruff to get the setting trick.
However from the bidding it looks like Declarer has solid Spades and also the Club Ace and partner is marked with nothing.
However if partner can ruff the third round of Hearts and play a Diamond then you will get your ruff.
You could take three top Hearts but partner is likely to throw off on third top Heart. So how are you going to get partner in? You must play King Queen of Hearts at tricks 1 and 2 and then underlead your Heart and play ©6 as a suit preference signal for Diamond switch.
Partner wins third trick and is at the start baffled why you have not cashed your Ace but then he thinks a little further and realizes you can ruff a Diamond. Now the contract goes 1 down.
If partner were completely psychic you could let him win first trick and hope he plays a Diamond but if he then found the defence to defeat the contract eventually by two tricks, you would need to call the Tournament director and ask what methods of cheating they are using J
