This hand is very easy as long as you don't get blocked and you take the appropriate finesse when you are in the correct hand.
After winning the first trick in dummy you need to take an immediate Spade finesse (If you were incorrectly to draw trumps at trick two you would be in the wrong hand to perform this finesse and there aren't too many entries to dummy.
When the finesse holds unblock the Club king (while you remember) or you can draw trumps first and then unblock the Club King..
Now its a matter of going over to dummy's remaining Diamond and discarding a spade loser on the Club King. Now take a second spade finesse and claim your contract.
You have made 3 spades (after a successful spade finesse twice) 6 Hearts, 2 Diamonds and 2 Clubs. In fact you could also have made 7NT as the cards lie..
