Initially you have 6 winners:- 3 top spades Heart Ace and two top clubs.
Where will all the extra tricks come from? Well if the spades break 3:2 (highly likely) then two extra trumps will materialize.
If the hearts break 3:3 (less likely) then you will be able to get three more hearts tricks bringing the total to 11. As we are playing MPs where every overtrick is vital this line is the line we are going to take.
What are the two most important cards in dummy? Yes the two black Aces, (entries to the Hearts)
After winning the club switch IN HAND now get going and play Ace and another Heart trumping it. Now risk going over to dummy with the Club Ace and trump a 2nd heart delighted to see the suit breaking 3:3.
Now draw trumps making sure you win the third round in dummy where you can now cash the 3 established Hearts
