From the bidding it seems that East has 7 spades to the AQ. He is very unlikely to have any more points otherwise he would have not opened with a pre-empt.

Bearing this in mind, you need to win the first trick in dummy with the Queen.

Now play the ♥ Jack and see if we can tempt a cover (see Zia's tip If they don't cover).

When there is no cover go up with the Ace and be really happy when West plays the King (it must have been singleton from the word go).

Now return to dummy with a top club overtaking your King and now another surprise East's remaining club is the Jack.

Finesse East's trump Ten and draw the last trump.

Now you have got a complete count of East's hand - He started with 7 Spades, 3 Trumps and 2 clubs so he only has room for one diamond.

Cash your Diamond Ace and then finesse up to dummy's Queen. Your losing Diamond can now be thrown on the ♣Ten left in dummy.

You eventually made 6 trumps, 2 Diamonds and 3 clubs losing just one spade and 1 diamond.
