From the lead we know that West has either led from a four or 5 card suit- less likely to be 5 as he didn’t overcall.

The lead guarantees us 2 tricks and the 10 is good enough to win the first trick.

WE need to get three club tricks and with insufficient entries to dummy for a repeating finesse we must just play AQ of clubs so that the suit doesn’t get blocked.

After taking his King West continues with a top spade and East follows with the 2 confirming  the suit to be divided 44.

We now take our Club tricks and finesse West for the missing Queen of Hearts (not minding if East gets the lead).

With this finesse working we now cash out and when the Hearts break 42 we can just take our 9 tricks- 2 Spades, 3 Hearts 1 Diamond and 3 clubs.
