With a six card Spade, suit surely West would have overcalled your 1NT bid with 2ª so the odds favour that West is leading from a five card suit rather than six. Therefore worst case scenario is that EW take four Spade tricks when they get in. If you keep your losers in the red suits to Zero you can afford to give up the lead twice in Clubs and still get home . Touching Diamonds, tempting as it may be could see you going one down, taking a losing Diamonds finesse (?) 2 Clubs and 4 Spades.

 Therefore at trick two, go about your business of setting up three club winners by playing a Club. You now guarantee your contract when you take 3 Clubs, 2 Diamonds 2 Hearts and 1 Spade.  However you will only get 7 tricks since the opposition have taken 6 (4 Spades and 2 Clubs)

NB Playing MPs you might go after Diamonds and as the cards lie you will bring home 5 Diamonds 2Hearts and 1 Spade but MPs bridge is a completely different matter and safety is not uppermost.
