After the lead you can count just two winners- i.e.the Minor suit Aces.
Once the trump Ace if forced out you will establish 5 more trumps, but you are still a long way to obtain your target of 12 tricks.
You could cross ruff diamonds and Hearts but that would still leave you one short then you would have to rely in the club finesse.
The first thing to do after trumping the heart lead is to test the trumps. You play a the King of trumps from hand and discover the 3:0 break. West takes his Ace and immediately puts you to the test in Clubs by playing the Jack.
You decide not to finesse the Queen but rely on the Diamonds instead.
Play the Diamond Ace with East following suit with the Jack.
Now follow with the Queen covered by the king and you can ruff. It seems that West now has all the remaining Diamonds as well as the two trumps.
Trump a Heart to get to dummy. West chucks a low club. Now cash 2 diamonds chucking a losing club and a losing Heart. Trump a club to get back to hand in order to trump the remaining Heart King. Now you can claim as you have three top spades left (NB Initially West only had A32 so no fear of being overtrumped.
