Once partner makes a penalty Double like this you are duty bound to lead trumps and take the same approach that declarer generally takes when playing out a contract

Declarer like to draw trumps so that his winners in the other suits do not get trumped. Now partner presumably has good spades so you should be drawing trumps so that when the other 3 suits get played declarer will by that stage have no more trumps left.

Once you play  your Ten, this creates a nasty finesse position for poor declarer.

Declarer will play Ace and another Diamond and after after trumping in the dummy plays a Heart which you can win with the King. Now you need to get to partner's hand and you have to play a low club hoping partner has the Ace. Partner duly turns up with the Ace and takes the last trump off the table followed by two more trumps leaving declarer with just one trump now. Partner now plays a Club and you play your two top clubs and declarer has to trump with his last trump and with only red cards declarer wins his Diamond Ace and concedes the rest and  goes three down for a well defended hand.
