For you to make this contract you will need to get to dummy to take the Club finesse. Having won the first trick with the Spade King on the surface there doesn’t appear to be an entry to dummy.
However if you give up a Heart and then ruff a Heart that will get you to dummy . Therefore at trick two merely play a low Heart which East wins with the 8. He gets off lead with a Diamond. After winning the Diamond ruff a Heart and take a successful finesse. After drawing the last trump the hand is plain sailing and you win 3 Spades, 1 Heart Ruffed. 2 Diamonds and 6 Clubs.
(NB It is incorrect to play off the Club Ace and be rewarded with A SINGLETON King in East. That’s just plain lucky so don’t do it like that J
