In this situation you have to wonder where the extra tricks are going to come from, after maybe some trump drawing.

Initially you have 6 winners (tricks you can make without doing any work) 5 trumps and 3 aces so you will need to generate 4 more tricks.

Diamonds seem your best bet and therefore you will need to trump Diamonds at least 3 times. If this is the case you may have to delay drawing trumps.

After winning the first trick, play Ace and another Diamond which you trump pleased to see both opponents following suit. Now re-enter hand with a trump to ruff another Diamond. "Oh Dear the trumps are breaking 3:0" but that ok's as you still have enough trumps in dummy to ruff some more Diamonds. You now play another diamond ruffing high. Both opponents follow and now its a matter of returning to hand with a trump in order to ruff the last diamond.

Now get back to hand by ruffing a Heart and you can draw their last trump and you will now make another diamond and the Spade ace and make your required 12 tricks.

You made 4 trumps, 1 Diamond, 3 Diamond ruffs, 1 established Diamond. 1 Heart, 1 Heart ruffed and 1 Spade.

(NB Had you been a member of the always bridgade of drawing all the trumps then youwould not be bale to ruff Diamonds 3 times would you? and maybe the diamond were breaking 5:2 then you would have to ruff 4 times)
