Initially you have 5 winners - 4 aces and the Diamond King.
If the heart finesse is successful then you will get 5 further Heart tricks. If you leave one trump on table you can ruff a losing Spade.
If you can guess which Minor suit to finesse then you can throw the loser from the other hand in the other Minor. Where to start ?
Firstly I think you should hold up first round. East will play another Spade and you should take it.
Now ruff a Spade with the Heart Ten. West does not seem to be able to overruff this, so presumably East has the missing King/Now take the Heart finesse playing East for a doubleton Heart as you will only be able to do it once -overtake your 9 with your Queen and plonk down the Ace pleased to see the King fall. Draw the last trump.
NB Now your contract is guaranteed. Playing MPs where every overtrick is vital we will now do a cunning deceptive play and lead the Queen from hand. When West doesn't cover we draw the conclusion that East has the missing King (Most people cover, rightfully or wrongfully ). So we go up with dummy's Ace. We now come cash the Diamond Ace and finesse the Jack enabling us to chuck our Club loser on the third round of Diamonds.
We have made 6 trumps, 1 Spade, 1 Spade ruffed, 1 Club and three Diamonds for an extremely good Match Point score.
