Counting your "certain" winners, you have 1 Spade, 2 Hearts 2 Diamonds and 2 Clubs, therefore you will need 5 more.

If the spade finesse works you will get 4 more Spades and then you will have to find just one more. Your best bet is your other ling suit between the two hands and that is Diamonds, and you will need to have the "bridge gods" on your side and appreciate the power of your Diamond Jack and that Nine in dummy.

However after winning the first trick you cannot get back to your hand to finesse the trump suit.

So at trick two play a low spade to your queen in order to create an extra entry to hand. West wins and  plays another Heart. You, of course, win in dummy and play a trump back to hand in order to finesse the Diamonds hoping they break 3:3 or East turns up with an "interesting card". West covers and the 10 appears from East- YES the bridge gods are with you. They are still with you when you play a second top Diamond as East doesn't have the 13th Spade. Now ruff your losing Diamond leaving the 9 as a winners shortly. Cash two top clubs dumping a Diamond and Heart loser. Now you can get back to hand and you can now draw West's last Trump.

When this hand was played against me declarer went after clubs instead but was one down even though the Queen of clubs fell in two rounds.- not enough entries to do everything to produce 12 tricks.
