Having been pushed to the 5 level by the "unkind or maybe not so unkind opponents" can you now possibly pull off the impossible?
With the 1♦ bid from East it seems that the Diamond finesse will work despite West not playing the King at trick One when you try the 10 from dummy.
It looks like the Diamond suit is breaking 4:2 so you will need to keep a trump in dummy to ruff a losing Diamond after taking a second Diamond finesse and East refusing to play the King.
After winning the first round of Diamonds in dummy, play two rounds of clubs with Queen and low one to your Ace.
Now enter dummy with top spade to take second Diamond finesse. Now play a low Diamond and the bridge gods are with you when West is unable to ruff having started with just two trumps.
Now you return to hand by ruffing a Spade and draw the last trump with your carefully preserved top club. Now the rest are yours except for two losing Hearts at the eleventh hour.
You made 1 Spade 1 Spade ruffed (to get back to hand) 2 Top Diamonds, 1 Diamond Ruffed, 2 established Diamonds and 4 trumps.
Perhaps EW should not push you into this makeable contract.
(NB Perhaps South should initially either deploy the UNT convention with both Minors, or at lest bid 5♦ to begin with (higher of two fives) However this South, not really knowing much about the bidding got lucky.)
