After the Club lead and a switch to diamonds you now have 9 top tricks ie 7 Hearts and the Ace king of Diamonds.
After taking the Diamond everything rests on setting up dummy’s Diamond suit and making sure you have sufficient entries to get there.
You play a ©6 to the ten and ruff a Diamond. Play a Heart to the Ace . Cash the Diamond King disappointed to see the suit break 42. You now ruff another Diamond with a high trump retaining your low Heart to get to the carefully preserved ©5 your only remaining entry to the established diamond for two club discards. You no just concede a Spade for a well earned above average score.
