If you are an “Always coverer” then your defence is over. Firstly there are touching honours in dummy J109 so there is no point in covering since you cannot promote anything for your side. Secondly declarer has only one entry to dummy and cannot finesse you again. So just play low on the club and your side will duly make 4 defensive tricks by way of 2 Clubs, 1 Diamond and 1 Heart.
