Initially you have 9 winners by way of 2 Spades, 6 trumps and the §Ace. You have the reciprocal 4 losers ie a Spade, 2 Diamonds and a Club.

Your only hope is to establish your club suit in dummy and hope the clubs break no worse than 4:2. and that the trumps break 2:2.

With this in mind you win the first trick and immediately play another Club happy to see everybody follow confirming the clubs to be no worse than 4:2. West switches to Spades and you win in dummy so you can ruff another Club. You re-enter dummy using your ©8 via a high trump to ruff another Club. The §10 is now established and because the trumps have broken 2:2 and you carefully preserved the ©6 you can enter dummy with the ©7 to enjoy the established Club chucking away a losing Diamond or Spade.
