The main point of this hand is that you must not block the Spade suit. It is unlikely that partner has less than 6 spades headed by the Ace. Therefore at trick one so that you do not get your wires crossed it is best to immediately chuck the Queen or certainly the 9. If partner gets in then you must unblocked the remaining high spade. Partner gets in and after cashing his Ace he will be able to cash the 8, 7 etc as long as you have not blocked him with the 9 or Queen.
