Initially you have 7 winners by way of 1 Spade, 3 Trumps 1 Diamond and 2 Clubs.

To bring home this contract firstly trumps need to be no worse than 3:2 and the clubs need to be either 33 or now worse  than 42 with East holding the doubleton. With this in mind you will have to establish the Clubs and eventually draw trumps.

You win the first trick (you have no choice as you are in 7 J and immediately play a club to the Ace followed by a low club being ruffed. You play a low Spade ruffing it  merely to get back to hand to ruff another Club. If the clubs break 33 it doesn’t cost but if they break 4:2 as they do here it is a necessary manoeuvre. Cash the remaining Trump Queen and return to your hand via another Spade ruff. It’s now a matter of drawing the remaining three trumps and claim the club winners from the top. You have in fact made 1 Spade, 3 Natural trumps, 1 Diamond, 2 Spade ruffs, 2 Clubs 2 clubs ruffed and 2 established clubs
