The opponents cash 4 winning Spade before switching to a Heart plan your play
After winning the fourth trick you take stock and have 8 winners for sure from the remaining 9 cards so the hand is ripe for a possible squeeze.
If the Clubs break 3:3 you are home and dry or if the QJ of Diamonds were miraculously doubleton you will also be alright.
Bearing this in mind, there is no harm in cashing the Hearts first.
On the second heart West discards and now you know his shape is precisely 4441 as he led from a four card spade suit initially. If you now cash a second Heart “poor” West cannot afford to release another Minor suit card and now you make your contract either from the 13th Club or from the established Diamond. Whenever you are about to rely on one suit breaking to make your contract it never hurts to cash winners in the other suits first and just maybe one of your opponents will start to squirm
